Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Manager- Sales at EPP Composites. The Assistant Manager- Sales will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, creating sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include liaising with potential clients, conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role will also require collaboration with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and implementing sales plans to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Market Research and Data Analysis skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and negotiate contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
