Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service allocation and delivery.
  • Supervise stakeholders, team members, and clients to meet targets and maintain service standards.
  • Create a supportive environment that promotes empathy and professionalism in service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee service quality and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Handle escalations promptly to uphold service excellence and client trust.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor's degree. No Backlogs.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US healthcare process.
  • Excellent English communication and articulation skills are essential.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Willing to work night shifts (10:30PM to 6:30AM) from the office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum
  • Immediate joiners from Trivandrum location preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
