**Role Overview**:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients in the United States, handling calls in a professional and empathetic manner. This voice-based role is crucial in ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and support. You will be responsible for building trust with patients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound voice calls related to healthcare services.
- Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity to address patient queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding appointments, medical services, and follow-up procedures.
- Build strong relationships with patients by actively listening and offering effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of patient concerns.
- Log all interactions and updates accurately in the healthcare system.
- Consistently meet or exceed service quality standards and performance benchmarks.
**Qualifications**:
- Any graduate degree.
- 1 to 10 years of experience in an international voice process, preferably in healthcare process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Typing Speed)
- Willing to work in regular night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM) from our Trivandrum office (Ellipode location).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
