Responsibilities include:
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues and concerns, aiming to provide efficient solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to address client questions and provide accurate information.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting trust and satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer support system.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve our products, services, and customer support processes.
Product Updates: Keep clients informed about product updates, changes, and enhancements.
Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and measure client satisfaction and strive to meet or exceed service level agreements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer support experience.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in Client support or a related role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Tamil & Hindi
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
