We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client relations Executive to join our team. The Client relations Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
