Client Relations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Follow-up & Communication:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Manage inquiries and provide timely responses to client queries.
- New Enquiry Coordination:

- Follow up on new client enquiries.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to schedule and coordinate assessments for new clients.

**Payment Follow-up**:

- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for payment reconciliation and reporting.
- Client Satisfaction & Feedback:

- Enquire and log client complaints; ensure they are routed to the right teams for resolution.
- Conduct Client Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys and report findings for continuous improvement.

**Internal Collaboration**:
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, complaints, feedback, and payment statuses.
- Generate periodic reports for management on client engagement and satisfaction levels.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Any Field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.
- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in malayalam and english is mandatory.**:

- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of finance and payment tracking.
- Ability to handle client concerns professionally and empathetically.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
