We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Kochi, India.

The Road Tales is a travel planner that curates unforgettable travel experiences for adventurous souls. We design unique itineraries to ignite the wanderlust in our clients. With offices in Turkey, UAE, and India, we bring a global perspective and a wealth of travel expertise to create unforgettable journeys.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging videos showcasing travel destinations and itineraries, with clear and confident presentation.
- Work closely with our travel specialists to design personalized itineraries tailored to client interests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Skillset**:

- A passion for travel and understanding of different travel styles.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken. Fluency and confidence are essential for video presentations and client interactions.
- Video presentation talent: Experience or a natural ability to deliver engaging and informative on-camera presentations.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients and connect with them through video.
