Muziris Softech is looking to hire fresher/experienced management graduates as **Associate - Client Relations.**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **0-2 years of experience in Client Relation.**:

- Prior experience in client management in IT/ Software development industry is an added advantage.
- Experience or knowledge in **ERP software**is required.
- Any **Bachelor's/Master’s degree in specializing in Finance** is required
- Knowledge about **accounting** concepts.
- Good logical and analytical thinking capability.
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- Excellent customer management skills.
- A quick learner

**Responsibilities**:

- ERP implementation
- Client communications in the project
- User training of ERP software
- Customer management
- Domain testing

**Client Management responsibilities**
- Client communication through calls, mails, Whatsapp etc
- User story management
- Weekly sprint meeting with client
- Ticketing system management
- User training based on new releases

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
