Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service allocation and delivery.
- Supervise stakeholders, team members, and clients to meet targets and maintain service standards.
- Create a supportive environment that promotes empathy and professionalism in service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee service quality and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Handle escalations promptly to uphold service excellence and client trust.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree. No Backlogs.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US healthcare process.
- Excellent English communication and articulation skills are essential.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency.
- Willing to work night shifts (10:30PM to 6:30AM) from the office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum
- Only Immediate joiners from Trivandrum or near by cities may apply.
Location - Trivandrum, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
