Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
Follow up with potential clients and ensure a high conversion rate.
Maintain a polite and professional approach in all interactions.
**Requirements**:
**Qualification**: Any degree or diploma in a relevant field.
**Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service (Healthcare experience preferred).
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
