**Designation** - Telecaller/Customer care Executives

**Package** -8000+ inc.(for 1stmonth) -10,000 + inc.(2ndmonth onwards)

**Gender - ** Females

**Age limit
- **18 to 30 years

**Location** - Vanross junction (Bakery junction), Ottukuzy Road,Opp. Variety marbles.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve to customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

**Preferred Skills**
- Good verbal skills in malayalam
- Quick learners who can understand our business requirements
- Qualification - 10thpass /Plus 2

**Note: Immediate Joiners & freshers are preferred on priority basis**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
