Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive agency growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in India, UAE, and international markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach strategies.
  • Pitch and present agency services to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their marketing goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Social Media) to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in business development within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.

Location: Candidate from Goa are preferred.
