Business Development Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive experienced in selling construction-related products or solutions such as elevators, FRP doors, STPs, or allied engineering products. The ideal candidate will build and manage a client base, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities through field sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and manage a strong client base across assigned regions.
 - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
 - Generate inquiries through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
 - Meet with owners, builders, contractors, and architects to pitch products and close deals.
 - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
 - Maintain positive client relationships and ensure prompt response to customer concerns.
 - Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
 - Actively participate in sales meetings and share market insights.
 - Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
 - Explore new market segments and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
 - Mentor and guide new team members as needed.
 
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or construction sales.
 - Prior experience in elevator, FRP doors, STP, or similar construction product sales preferred.
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
 - Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to travel within the assigned territory.
 - Good knowledge of local construction industry and client base.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
