Job Title: Associate Manager - New projects and Strategic Partnerships

Job Location: Panjim, Goa

Role Overview:

This role is pivotal in driving the companys growth by establishing strategic partnerships, supporting international companies in setting up their operations in India, and managing client relationships. The incumbent will also oversee brand marketing initiatives, business development support, and ensure seamless execution of expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:

  2. Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
  4. Create and maintain a structured database of potential business development contacts and leads.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams to support business development activities and client acquisition.

  6. International Business Setup Support:

  7. Assist international companies in establishing offices in India by managing end-to-end processes, including company registration, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation.

  8. Liaise with real estate partners to identify and secure office spaces tailored to client requirements.
  9. Research potential companies, industries, and opportunities to support client expansion plans.
  10. Manage and coordinate with external vendors, including legal firms, accounting firms, and consultants, to ensure smooth client onboarding and compliance.

  11. Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure smooth market entry and operational setup.

  12. Client Account Management:

  13. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

  14. Maintain long-term relationships by delivering consistent value and addressing client challenges.

  15. Track client satisfaction and proactively recommend solutions to strengthen partnerships.

  16. Brand Marketing & Market Visibility:

  17. Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market presence and reputation.

  18. Plan and manage promotional campaigns, events, and webinars to enhance visibility and engagement.
  19. Oversee creation of marketing materials aligned with brand messaging and business goals.

  20. Monitor brand performance and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.

  21. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  22. Work closely with business development, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership and branding initiatives with organizational objectives.

  23. Ensure seamless execution of strategies through effective internal collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business expansion, or client management (experience with international clients is an advantage).
  2. Strong understanding of business setup processes in India, including legal, compliance, and real estate aspects.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  5. Experience in brand marketing and promotional campaign management.
  6. Proven ability to research industries/companies and manage external vendors such as legal firms, accounting firms, and consultants.
  7. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
