Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate, located in North Goa. The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with different teams and partners, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of travel experiences. The role involves maintaining high standards of service, resolving operational issues quickly, and enhancing overall efficiency.
