Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve guest complaints.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
