What You'll Do

As our
Guest Relations Executive – F&B
, you'll become the face of our café and dining experiences.

Your role will include:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and making them feel instantly at ease
  • Guiding guests through the dining experience with story, clarity, and charm
  • Coordinating with service & kitchen teams for smooth operations
  • Managing table reservations, seating, and guest flow
  • Handling guest feedback with maturity and empathy
  • Ensuring service standards match TPC's creative hospitality ethos
  • Supporting the F&B team during busy hours
  • Maintaining an inviting, well-composed café environment

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in boutique hotels, premium cafes, or design-led hospitality
  • Speaks confidently and loves interacting with diverse guests
  • Is energetic, attentive, and quick on their feet
  • Understands the basics of F&B service (training can be provided)
  • Has strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Truly enjoys creating meaningful guest moments
