Luxury Ambassador

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced luxury ambassador to join our team at ITC Grand, responsible for providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of guest-facing services.
• Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to improve overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of luxury brands and products, with a strong understanding of high-end customer service standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
