Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Franchise Development Executive with proven experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry to drive our expansion plans. This role involves identifying high-potential locations, onboarding and supporting franchise partners, and ensuring seamless execution of store launches while meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development & Expansion

  • Develop and execute franchise development strategies to expand QSR outlets in targeted regions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and finalize potential store locations using market research, footfall analysis, and competitor mapping.
  • Lead negotiations with landlords and developers for optimal lease agreements.
  • Manage the end-to-end franchise recruitment process – from lead generation to final onboarding.

Operational Readiness & Launch

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth outlet setup and timely launch.
  • Support franchise partners in meeting brand standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all franchisees and their staff receive comprehensive training on QSR operations, customer service, food safety, and hygiene protocols.

Business Growth & Market Strategy

  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for menu optimization and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and implement initiatives to improve footfall, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute location-specific campaigns and digital promotions.
  • Monitor and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Relationship & Performance Management

  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as a key point of contact for business-related support.
  • Review business performance regularly and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Conduct risk assessments, feasibility studies, and financial modelling for new stores.

Compliance & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated on FSSAI regulations, local municipal laws, and other compliance requirements.
  • Track evolving customer preferences and QSR industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹66,000.00 per month
