
AVP - Space Planning - Facility Manager

JD - Key Responsibilities:
Space Planning & Utilization:
Lead space planning initiatives across corporate offices to ensure optimal utilization.
Analyze current and future space requirements and develop strategic plans accordingly.
Coordinate with design and project teams for layout planning and execution.
Transition management from Space requirement to Delivery
Property Sourcing & Real Estate Management:
Identify and evaluate potential properties for office expansion or relocation.
Liaise with landlords, brokers, and legal teams for lease negotiations and documentation.
Maintain a database of property options and market intelligence.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with leadership team members, department heads, and external partners.
Act as a single point of contact for space-related requirements and escalations.
Present space planning proposals and dashboards to senior management.
Data Management & Reporting:
Develop and maintain MIS reports for space utilization, cost analysis, and occupancy trends.
Create interactive dashboards using Power BI for real-time insights.
Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of space planners and analysts.
Drive performance through clear KPIs, regular feedback, and development plans.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in space planning and corporate real estate management
Strong command over Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MIS reporting
Knowledge of automation tools and process optimization
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
6–10 years of relevant experience in corporate space planning
Experience in handling multi-location corporate real estate portfolios is a plus
