Account Management :
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, focusing on IT services and consulting.
- Drive account growth through proactive opportunity identification and solution alignment
- Understand client goals and Covalense solutions/Services to meet business needs.
- Drive account growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine and improve account strategies. Use customer insights to drive proactive sales activities and adjustments in strategy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, focusing on IT services and consulting.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the organization.
- Customer satisfaction & health measured by SLA performance, NPS/CSAT scores and % customer retention
Proposal & Presentation Support
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to develop compelling services proposals and bid responses.
- Create and deliver impactful client presentations
- Translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
- Support business development efforts with strategic insights and storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field /MBA .
- 4+ years of experience in Account management in IT/ITES services or GCC's
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
