Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager wih an experience of 7 years, located in Khakhariya, near Chandrapura GIDC, Gujarat .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all account operations, including day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
  • Handle import-export transactions: maintain thorough documentation, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for seamless shipments.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per Indian regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
  • Work closely with shipping agents, banks, and government authorities for smooth import/export clearance and remittance.
  • Thoroughly maintain vendor/customer ledgers and reconcile accounts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline. CA/ICWA (Inter) or M.Com preferred.
  • Proficient in Tally accounting software is a must.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and data reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian import-export procedures, documentation, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to independently manage accounts and meet deadlines.
