A fast-growing manufacturer of machined and welded transformer components, located on the outskirts of Vadodara, Gujarat. Committed to quality and innovation, the company serves both domestic and international markets with precision-engineered solutions.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager wih an experience of 7 years, located in Khakhariya, near Chandrapura GIDC, Gujarat .
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all account operations, including day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
- Handle import-export transactions: maintain thorough documentation, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for seamless shipments.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per Indian regulations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Work closely with shipping agents, banks, and government authorities for smooth import/export clearance and remittance.
- Thoroughly maintain vendor/customer ledgers and reconcile accounts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline. CA/ICWA (Inter) or M.Com preferred.
- Proficient in Tally accounting software is a must.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and data reporting.
- Deep knowledge of Indian import-export procedures, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage accounts and meet deadlines.
