Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, preparing reports, and participating in meetings to provide updates on account progress. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth and handling any issues that arise.

  • Experience with Pharma product distribution and prescription management
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
