We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven BDAs to join our sales team.

Your main responsibility will be to identify potential D2C brands, pitch our accelerator services, generate leads, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn and email campaigns
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads for digital marketing & scaling services
  • Pitch D2C growth solutions, explain service offerings, and book appointments
  • Maintain CRM and follow-up pipelines
  • Understand client requirements and create basic proposals
  • Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Represent the company professionally across all communication channels

Required Skills

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (training provided)
  • Confidence in talking to founders/decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English & Hindi
  • Freshers with strong drive are encouraged to apply
