Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven BDAs to join our sales team.
Your main responsibility will be to identify potential D2C brands, pitch our accelerator services, generate leads, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads for digital marketing & scaling services
- Pitch D2C growth solutions, explain service offerings, and book appointments
- Maintain CRM and follow-up pipelines
- Understand client requirements and create basic proposals
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
- Represent the company professionally across all communication channels
Required Skills
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (training provided)
- Confidence in talking to founders/decision-makers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Target-driven mindset
- Fluency in English & Hindi
- Freshers with strong drive are encouraged to apply
