The personneeds to closely work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to plan growth strategies for examinationservices business. This role is for our B2G segment; hence the clientele will mainly be top government officials.Business Head will be instrumental in scaling the business, expanding market presence, and fostering a culture ofinnovation and excellence.Job Responsibilities:Government Relations and Sales:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government officials, agencies, and stakeholders.Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive government contracts andpartnerships.Represent the company at public events, meetings, and functions to enhance visibility and reputation.Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement the company’s vision and strategic plan to guide the direction of the business.Drive the growth and profitability of the company by identifying new business opportunities and partnershipswithin the government sector.Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.Operational Management:Oversee the company’s operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management ofresources.Establish performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management.Ensure the company's operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Financial Oversight:Develop and implement a robust financial strategy to enhance profitability and cash flow.Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, financial reports, and financial performance metrics.Identify and manage risks to ensure the company’s financial health.Team Management & Development:Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team to achieve organizational goals.Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment toquality.Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies are in place.Job Specification: -Post Graduate - MBA or other relevant advanced degreeExperience of 20 years in which 15 years exp. should be in Government sales / relationsStrong understanding of government procurement, sales & bidding processes and regulations.Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
