Executive Position OverviewOur organization seeks a forward-thinking Business Head to spearhead strategic planning, operational setup, and day-to-day management of 200 food brand cafeterias across India. The incumbent will identify suitable locations, oversee design and implementation, negotiate site terms with property owners, and ensure compliance with local regulations.The Business Head will be responsible for strategic operational planning, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), staff recruitment and training, coordination with central kitchens or suppliers, and quality control measures implementation.Additionally, the individual will oversee financial and business operations, prepare budgets, monitor expenses, track sales, and collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.In this role, the Business Head will also lead and motivate a team, conduct performance evaluations, maintain accurate records, possess strong knowledge of food safety regulations, demonstrate proven project management skills, and exhibit excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.As a senior leader, the Business Head will provide guidance and support to team members, facilitate open communication, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.Key performance indicators will include achieving sales targets, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.
