Business Development Executive — IT Sales (Web/App, Marketing & IT Services)

Location: Remote (WFH) / Noida (WFO)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹10,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives

Monthly Sales Target: Minimum ₹3–4 Lakhs (Sales Target)

Experience Required:

  1. Minimum 1 year of IT Sales experience
    ,
    with proven ability to achieve ₹3–4 Lakhs monthly sales. (Must be a 2024 or earlier pass-out).
  2. Candidates with higher experience and the ability to achieve sales targets above ₹6,00,000 per month
    should refer to the 'HOW TO APPLY' section below and follow the instructions.

Note: We are looking for permanent, long-term candidates who want to grow with the company,

but performance, growth, and impact matter most.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

  2. Make 150–200+ calls daily to prospects across key geographies

  3. Use tools like LinkedIn, , etc. for lead generation and data extraction

  4. Send personalized outreach emails to maximize response rates

  5. Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

  6. Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM / Google Sheets

  7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue / sales goals

Requirements

1) Minimum 1 year of IT sales experience is mandatory

2) Excellent communication skills in Both English and Hindi

3) Target-driven, resilient, Understanding and self-motivated

4) Comfortable working in a performance-based role with high accountability

5) Willing to work one of the following IST shifts:

Shift A: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Shift B: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
