Business Development Executive — IT Sales (Web/App, Marketing & IT Services)
Location: Remote (WFH) / Noida (WFO)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹10,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives
Monthly Sales Target: Minimum ₹3–4 Lakhs (Sales Target)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of IT Sales experience

with proven ability to achieve ₹3–4 Lakhs monthly sales. (Must be a 2024 or earlier pass-out). - Candidates with higher experience and the ability to achieve sales targets above ₹6,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Make 150–200+ calls daily to prospects across key geographies
Use tools like LinkedIn, , etc. for lead generation and data extraction
Send personalized outreach emails to maximize response rates
Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM / Google Sheets
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue / sales goals
Requirements
1) Minimum 1 year of IT sales experience is mandatory
2) Excellent communication skills in Both English and Hindi
3) Target-driven, resilient, Understanding and self-motivated
4) Comfortable working in a performance-based role with high accountability
5) Willing to work one of the following IST shifts:
Shift A: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Shift B: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
