**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect Research**:

- Conduct in-depth research on prospective donors using various sources, including online databases, public records, news articles, and social media platforms.
- Identify key information such as career trajectories, philanthropic interests, wealth indicators, and engagement history with IIT Kanpur.
- Analyse and interpret research findings to identify high-potential donors with the capacity and inclination to support the Institute.
- **Donor Profiling & Data Management**:

- Develop comprehensive donor profiles that include detailed information on each prospect's background, interests, capacity, and potential areas of giving.
- Maintain a database and update records of all prospects.
- Accurately enter data into the CRM and maintain data integrity.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of donor briefing materials and presentations.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports and dashboards on prospect research activities.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1 year of experience in market research, fundraising, data entry, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Good to have: experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & CRM systems (not compulsory).
- Tech-savvy with strong data management skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, with strong ownership and a never-give-up attitude.

**Budget**:20k-30k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
