Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to join our innovative Software Product Development Services company. The Sales Head will lead the sales team, to drive strategic sales efforts and achieve revenue goals. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing sales operations, and analyzing sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the software services industry, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Work closely with the Sr. BDM to formulate and execute plans to drive sales growth.
Team Management Supervise, mentor, and guide the Sr. BDM and BDEs. Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and strategize on sales approaches.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Act as a point of escalation for any client issues or concerns.
Sales Operations Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting. Implement and optimize sales processes and tools. Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation and promotional activities.
Reporting and Analysis Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track and report on sales activities
Hiring Conduct interviews to set up the Sales team.
