Strategic Account Manager – Cisco OEM Relationship Department: Cisco Sales
Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore
Experience Required: 8+ years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our relationship with Cisco as an OEM partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and navigating complex partner ecosystems. This role is critical to driving business growth and ensuring alignment between our organization and Cisco's global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to grow the Cisco OEM partnership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Cisco-related engagements.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within Cisco.
- Identify new joint opportunities, co-sell motions, and align with internal teams to drive execution.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to support joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Cisco's partner programs, processes, and operational requirements.
- Represent the company at Cisco events, conferences, and joint business reviews.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or partner/channel sales, preferably in the IT or networking industry.
- Deep understanding of Cisco's OEM business model and ecosystem.
- Proven track record in building and managing complex partner relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with or within Cisco or other OEMs.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud, or infrastructure technologies.
- Ability to travel as needed between Hyderabad, Bangalore, and other Cisco locations.
