About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, developing, and managing strategic business partnerships. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach, driving revenue, and building long-term relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with the flexibility to travel for meetings, events, and partner engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners to support business growth.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with sales and organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to ensure successful partner onboarding and engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Travel to partner locations and events as required to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
