Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales Marketing, located in Bidar. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key accounts. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, creating reports, overseeing account management activities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue and achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and performance
  • Experience in Team Management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in real estate or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
