Role Overview

We are hiring a senior professional to lead
Sales, Marketing & CRM
at Saiven Developers. This role will oversee the
Head – Channel Sales, Marketing Manager, Senior Sales Executives, and CRM team
, driving revenue growth, collections discipline, and brand visibility while ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver
    sales targets
    across direct and channel sales teams.
  • Guide
    marketing strategy
    (digital, PR, events) with the Marketing Manager.
  • Oversee
    CRM operations
    to ensure timely collections, registrations, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience in
    real estate sales & marketing leadership
    .
  • Strong track record in
    luxury residential sales
    and team management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

  • ₹24 Lakhs CTC per annum (fixed)
  • 0.2% of revenue as Sales & CRM incentive
