Position Manager Revenue Management

Location - Bangalore (India)

Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

The Manager - Revenue Management (FCM) is responsible for safeguarding CSCs revenue by identifying and mitigating risks related to revenue leakage and billing discrepancies. This resource is expected to ensure financial integrity by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing revenue streams through various processes and controls. In essence, the Revenue Assurance Manager acts as a guardian of the company's revenue, ensuring its accuracy, security, and optimization through proactive monitoring, analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute in Revenue Assurance Processes:

Overseeing and managing revenue assurance activities across the business based on countries assigned, including mapping and implementing control routines, and maintaining an end-to-end view of all revenue-related processes.

  • Risk Mitigation:

Identifying and mitigating revenue risks - such as billing errors and process inefficiencies.

  • Co-ordination with Accounting & Finance Operations:

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to revenue recognition and billing.

  • Data Analysis:

Analyzing revenue data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of concern, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

  • Process Improvement:

Evaluating existing billing, invoicing, and collection processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing automation and technological solutions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Working with various departments (e.g., Business Delivery, Finance Operations / Finance Business Partners, BU Technology) to implement best practices, resolve issues and improve revenue management systems.

  • Reporting:

Preparing and presenting revenue assurance reports and findings to senior management, stakeholders and external parties.

  • Policy and Procedure Development:

Work with individual country business leaders and the rest of Revenue management team in developing and implementing policies and procedures that streamline revenue assurance processes and ensure adherence to best practices.

Skillsets - Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Proficiency ERPs in use in the FCM business (S4H, Netsuite and Tally) and usage of native reporting offered by these ERPs in compiling actionable data by deploying data analysis and other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of revenue assurance processes, billing systems and financial nuances surrounding US GAAP.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with automation and technology solutions for revenue management (Preferred).
  • Experience with financial controls and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Accountancy; 5-8 years of experience
