Revenue Management Specialist

The Revenue Management Specialist is responsible for driving hotel revenue growth through effective revenue management strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement daily revenue management strategies to achieve business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions
• Manage room inventory and allocation to maximize revenue
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including front office, reservations, and event teams
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement revenue growth strategies

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a hospitality revenue management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
