
Sales Development Representative

We need a reliable Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can boost our business. Your job is to find and chase new sales opportunities, qualify leads, negotiate deals, and keep customers happy. If you're good at talking to people and can showcase our products and services over email and phone, we want to talk to you. Your goal is to help us exceed our business goals and support our company's steady growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research the market to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Actively generate leads through cold calls, networking, and social media.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand requirements and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations about our products and services.
- Maintain reports with sales and financial information.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate and close deals, while handling objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
- Collect feedback from customers and share with the internal team.
Eligibility:
- Freshers are eligible.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types:
- 3 months probation period (Fresher role).
- After probation, Full-Time role with CTC range: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA.
Pay:
- ₹15,000 per month during probation.
- Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus.
Job Type: Fresher
Pay: ₹9, ₹40,671.63 per month
