Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in driving our sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships. Your expertise in sales processes and techniques will be crucial in achieving and surpassing sales targets. You will also provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to our product development team, contributing to the enhancement of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Execution:
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to boost revenue growth.
- Client Prospecting and Relationship Building:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Sales Closure:
- Conduct negotiations to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research and Feedback:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide customer feedback to the product development team to inform product improvements.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive efforts and success.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and sales techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in the EV industry is a plus.
