Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Sales Representative (Tele Calling)** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products or services. You will be the voice of our company, helping to build relationships with clients and assist in growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers based on leads or databases.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide information about our products/services.
- Promote and sell company products or services over the phone.
- Answer incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide product details.
- Update and maintain customer information in the company CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to generate sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving tele-calling scripts and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and the ability to motivate oneself.
