As a Sales Representative for Sisiro, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for our beauty Services and courses. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their beauty Services and educational goals. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers, both in-store and online, as well as working closely with our marketing and product teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Promote and sell Sisiro’s range of beauty Services and educational courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- Conduct Services demonstrations and explain the benefits of our courses to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- **Client Support and Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in selecting the right products and courses, ensuring a positive purchasing experience.
- Handle product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

- **Sales Strategy and Goals**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry or educational sector.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with beauty Services and a passion for the beauty industry. Knowledge of educational training programs is a plus.
- **Attitude**: Strong sales-driven mindset, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
