We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive *International Sales Representative* to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will use the *VICIdial system* to connect with potential clients across the US, educate them on insurance options, and close sales. This is a performance-driven position ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people find the right insurance coverage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to US-based leads using VICIdial
- Educate prospects on insurance products (life, health, auto, etc.) based on their needs
- Qualify leads, explain policy features, and recommend the best-fit plans
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build trust and rapport with clients to drive long-term relationships
- Manage and update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Handle objections professionally and provide clear, accurate information
- Follow up on warm leads and re-engage cold leads as needed
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team leads and attend regular coaching or training sessions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or call center experience (insurance sales preferred)
- Familiarity with *VICIdial or similar dialer systems*
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable working *EST hours*
- Ability to learn and explain complex insurance products clearly
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
