We are looking to expand our outreach and connect with suitable organisations through structured research and professional communication.

Role Overview:

We are seeking 2 motivated and dynamic candidates (pursuing or recently completed graduation) to join our team as Inside Sales & Research Associates . The role involves making outbound calls to prospective organisations, conducting research on suitable companies, and supporting COD's business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50–60 cold calls per day to prospective organisations.
  • Research companies across sectors to identify potential clients for COD's training and development programs.
  • Engage professionally with HR/Training/Leadership teams over phone and email.
  • Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records of leads.
  • Support the business development team in outreach and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation in any stream.
  • Proficiency in English and Telugu (mandatory); working knowledge of Hindi preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently make a high volume of calls daily.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet research).
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and eagerness to learn.
