**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information and interaction history
- Follow up on warm leads and conduct product demonstrations or presentations when required
- Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to support campaign efforts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer trends
- Continuously learn about company products/services and market trends to better serve clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales role (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹10,905.63 - ₹20,000.00 per month
