Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ground Relationship Officer located in Kolkata. The Ground Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, handling finance-related tasks, communicating effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing customer concerns, and contributing to the financial objectives of the company.

Qualifications

  • Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality industry or related field
  • Experience in the coliving or real estate industry is a plus
