Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer, based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, driving customer engagement, promoting banking services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial and sales targets. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored banking solutions to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance to manage and grow customer accounts effectively
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to foster trust and provide exceptional client experiences
  • Sales expertise to identify opportunities, upsell products, and meet defined targets
  • Problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to dynamic financial environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
