Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented BBA graduates to join us as Client Relationship Officers (CROs). This role is ideal for candidates passionate about client engagement, communication, and business operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth client servicing, supporting internal coordination, and contributing to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide information and guidance about our services.
- Build and maintain professional relationships to ensure a positive client experience.
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Assist in addressing client requirements with accuracy, clarity, and empathy.
- Maintain structured records of client interactions, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Support appointment management, reminders, and timely execution of services.
- Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and related processes.
- Handled complete spectrum of Live event ( webinar )management
- Contribute to operational and administrative tasks to strengthen overall business support.
Work Timings
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Work from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
Qualifications
- BBA graduates (any specialisation – Marketing, HR, or Operations preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
