Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Client Relationship Support Executive
with
over 3+ years of experience
to join our team. This role primarily involves managing client inquiries, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and efficiently scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic collaborations, driving sectoral engagement, and ensuring high-value outcomes for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address client concerns and provide accurate information about services.
- Manage & convince clients' calls professionally and effectively.
- Drive partnerships and collaborations across corporate, academic, and institutional sectors.
- Represent the organisation in high-level interactions with stakeholders, presenting our vision and services effectively.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with industry leaders, clients, and ecosystem partners.
- Strategise and implement sector engagement initiatives to expand outreach and impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and collaborations.
- Analyse client and partner requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of agreements, collaborations, and follow-ups.
- Contribute to business development strategies and growth plans for new sectors and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- MBA preferred, with a specialisation in Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, or Business Strategy
- Strong
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Proven ability to
build networks and maintain professional relationships across sectors - Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with keen attention to detail and adherence to timelines

Work Timings
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- One Sunday per month will be a working day, with a compensatory day off provided on the following day.
