About the Role

We are looking for Client Support Executives to join our international voice support team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing client queries, and providing professional support for our global clientele. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of email correspondence, and the ability to work in a night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide international voice support to clients via telephone.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Write basic professional emails for communication and follow-ups.
  • Document and maintain client interactions accurately.
  • Work efficiently during night shift (6 PM 3 AM) as part of the support team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Any Graduation from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Basic knowledge of email writing and professional communication.
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and interacting with international clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
