We are looking for a
Client Support Intern
to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who want to build their career in
CRM support, client servicing, and customer success
. The role involves assisting clients with using our CRM, setting up Zoiper IDs for call handling, and coordinating demo appointments with DSAs.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in CRM software, technical setup, and client relationship management
.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist client agents in understanding how to use Credque's CRM effectively.
- Help clients set up Zoiper IDs for taking calls through the CRM system.
- Respond to client queries and provide timely support through calls, emails, and CRM chat.
- Call DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) to fix appointments and schedule product demos.
- Maintain records of client interactions, demo appointments, and feedback in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and tech teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Provide basic training support and FAQs to clients using the platform.
- Learn and adapt to CRM features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or pursuing degree/diploma (any stream, preferably IT/Management/Commerce).
- Basic understanding of CRM or willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Basic technical knowledge of call dialers/Zoiper will be an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn client handling and software support.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
