In addition, SearchEV keeps users up to date with the latest developments, news, and trends in the electric vehicle industry.We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Relations Executive to join our team He/she will be in for front of building strong connections, turning leads into happy customers, and nurturing long-term client relationships. This role is specifically intended for someone who can understand needs, offer solutions, and ensure a smooth and positive experience with our clients.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently.Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and high-quality service.Handle client onboarding and maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and client retention.Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating matters as necessary.Support new business development by participating in lead conversion and follow-up activities.Qualification and Key SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or business development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset.
