Role Overview

  • partner who joins us is properly onboarded, supported, and nurtured.
  • This role is responsible for building long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the
  • main point of contact for all ongoing needs. Your mission is to deliver an exceptional client experience — just
  • like relationship managers at top firms.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding & Training

  2. Welcome new partners and guide them through the onboarding journey.

  3. Conduct product training sessions and help clients adopt the platform.
  4. Ensure smooth setup, activation, and initial usage.

  5. Relationship Management

  6. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

  7. Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and check-ins.
  8. Understand client goals and ensure they get maximum value.
  9. Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts.

  10. Customer Support & Problem Handling

  11. Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with internal teams.

  12. Track and follow up on all open requests until closure.
  13. Ensure a high-quality and seamless client experience.

  14. Retention, Renewal & Growth

  15. Monitor client satisfaction and usage patterns.

  16. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  17. Drive renewal discussions and ensure long-term partnership stability.
  18. Prevent client churn by addressing problems proactively.

  19. Reporting & Improvement

  20. Maintain detailed CRM records and call notes.

  21. Prepare periodic performance and relationship reports.
  22. Share insights to improve product, processes, and strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualifications:
  • 1–5 years in customer success, relationship management, or client servicing
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, B2B services, diagnostics, or tech preferred
  • Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
