- like relationship managers at top firms.
Role and Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Training
Welcome new partners and guide them through the onboarding journey.
- Conduct product training sessions and help clients adopt the platform.
Ensure smooth setup, activation, and initial usage.
Relationship Management
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and check-ins.
- Understand client goals and ensure they get maximum value.
Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts.
Customer Support & Problem Handling
Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with internal teams.
- Track and follow up on all open requests until closure.
Ensure a high-quality and seamless client experience.
Retention, Renewal & Growth
Monitor client satisfaction and usage patterns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Drive renewal discussions and ensure long-term partnership stability.
Prevent client churn by addressing problems proactively.
Reporting & Improvement
Maintain detailed CRM records and call notes.
- Prepare periodic performance and relationship reports.
- Share insights to improve product, processes, and strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualifications:
- 1–5 years in customer success, relationship management, or client servicing
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, B2B services, diagnostics, or tech preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.

- Patient, empathetic, and client-focused
- Ability to explain products clearly
